Rounding the corner, GP-35 #1998 passes the Reality Scaled building. This is the main industry that provides revenue for Alanda, and basically the parent of the Western Valley RR, since if the company didn't see something in the WV, it would not exist today. The modern plant sees lots of traffic, both on the rails and off the rails. As you can see from the photo, CN has a major influence on the freight cars the WV runs. Behind the box cars, a "super-b" tractor/trailer(s) sits waiting to unload. I made the entire truck/trailers from balsa wood. I was really impressed with the way it turned out.
